I am really struggling with my digestion lately, and I heard about bhumi amla being super helpful. I’ve been looking for ways to incorporate it into my routine. I even went to a local market, but couldn’t find it fresh, and I just sat there staring, thinking, how to make bhumi amla juice at home? Like, can I buy dried bhumi amla or should I just use powder instead? I found this powder online, but I’m not sure if it’s as effective as the fresh stuff.
