Could you suggest a ready for burping. My stomach make crazy sound and every part of my body burf when pressed. Could you advice what the root cause of it

Burping and unusual stomach sounds might be attributed to an imbalance of Vata dosha, particularly if these symptoms are accompanied by bloating or gas. In Ayurveda, Vata dosha is known to govern movement and activities within the body, such as the circulation of gas. It could be that your digestion process is not functioning optimally, leading to excess gas formation and the resulting discomfort.

Firstly, focus on strengthening your Agni, or digestive fire. To do this, reduce your intake of cold and raw foods, like salads or iced drinks, as these can dampen Agni. Instead, opt for warm, cooked meals that are easy to digest. Freshly prepared ginger tea taken before meals can be beneficial. Just simmer a few slices of fresh ginger in hot water and have it 10-15 minutes prior to eating.

Next, include spices such as cumin, coriander, and fennel in your meals, as these can support digestion and help expel gas. You might also try chewing a small piece of fresh ginger with a pinch of salt before meals, which might help in stimulating digestive enzymes.

Pay attention to your mealtime routine - eat at consistent times, avoiding multitasking or hurrying through meals. Chew thoroughly and focus on eating mindfully. Also, drinking a glass of warm water got effective; it assists with digestion and may aid in relieving excessive gas.

Lastly, practice gentle yoga poses like pavanamuktasana (wind-relieving pose), which can aid in releasing trapped gas from your system. Lying on your back and massaging the abdomen in a circular motion in the direction of the colon can sometimes offer relief too.
