I am dealing with this awful problem of acidity lately and, honestly, it's making my life a bit miserable! Just last week, I had this huge meal at a family gathering, and I thought I would literally burst after. So, my cousin, who’s into Ayurvedic stuff, was like, "Hey, does curd reduce acidity?" I didn’t know much about it then but figured I could give it a shot. I mean, I love yogurt in general, but wondering if it actually does something for this nagging irritation in my stomach. I've tried all kinds of things — mint tea, baking soda, you name it, but nothing seems to really help! The burning sensation just comes back after a few hours, it’s so frustrating. I even had an endoscopy recently and my doc said everything looked normal but that I should watch what I eat… But honestly, does curd reduce acidity, or is it just an old wives’ tale? Also, like how much should I eat for it to be effective? Is there a specific way to prepare it or even timing when I should be eating it? Just feel a bit lost here, and I wanna feel normal again!
