I am struggling with some digestion issues, and honestly feeling a bit lost. For the past few months, I've been experiencing a lot of heat in my body, like always sweating and sometimes feeling anxious. My friend suggested that it might be linked to my pitta dosha. I think many of you know what I mean — it seems like when my diet is a bit off, the symptoms becomes much worse. I even had a consultation a while back and they kept talking about this pitta dosha but I couldn’t quite grasp what is pitta dosha called in english? Like, is there a direct translation or just a fancy term? I've tried to chill out with spicy foods and honestly everything seemed overwhelming with my cravings for ice cream and chips, which aren't helping. I've read online that calming down the pitta can ease digestion, and I really want to understand more of what exactly it is. Oh, I feel like sometimes, the answers just jumble up with too much info, ya know? If anyone has insights on what is pitta dosha called in english or even how it connects to the body's heat and digestion, your thoughts would really help me out. Just want to find some balance.
