I was diagnosed for hpylori with gastritis last month, an endoscopy was done to confirm it. I have taken standard triple therapy treatment of allopathic medicine for 14 days, improvement is there but still i feel less appetite , irritation in stomach , constipation Although I am maintaining strict food habits, regular walks and exercise Can ayurvedic treatment help me to restore my gut flora and reduce gastritis.as early as possible by addressing the rootcause
