I am really confused about how to take liv 52 syrup and when. I’ve been struggling with my digestion for a while, and after I went to a doctor, they recommended liv 52 syrup to help with my liver health. I’ve read that it’s beneficial, but honestly, I’m not 100% sure on the proper way to take it! Like, should I take it before meals or after? There was no clear instruction given to me, and I kinda forgot to ask for details. Also, I’ve noticed my appetite hasn’t been great lately, which makes me worry a bit more. I tried taking it in the morning with water, but I’m not sure if that's right. I wanna make sure I’m doing this correctly because I’ve heard some mixed views on herbal remedies and I don’t want to mess it up! Should I take it every day or just when I feel bloated?
