I am really struggling with acidity lately, and I've heard a lot about triphala churna being helpful, but honestly, I have no idea how to use triphala churna for acidity effectively. Like, I've tried all these over-the-counter antacids but they only work for a short period. My friend suggested using triphala churna, and I read that it's good for digestion or something, but I'm not sure if I'm even taking it right. Last week, I brewed some in hot water, but I honestly couldn’t tell if it made any difference. 😩 I also read somewhere that you can mix it in honey or ghee? Or is that just a myth? I don't know if I should be taking it twice a day or once, and what dosage is best? My acidity has been giving me sleepless nights! I mean, sometimes it feels like a fire in my chest, and nothing seems to help — so frustrating. I guess I'm just looking for some clear guidance on how to use triphala churna for acidity, like when's the best time to take it or if I shouldn’t mix it with certain foods. Do I take it before meals or after, and are there any side effects I should worry about? Any help would be soooo appreciated!!
