my age is 35 in past i have tb in my fallopian tube my menses is stop and I'm suffering from asherman syndrome 4 grade my endometrial lining is very thin in past i had 2 hysteroscopy with prp no results in my endometrial lining what i will do for cure? i was trying to conceive please guide me
