Namaste Unser Sohn 24 hat ein Problem mit seinem Bauch, er sieht aus als hätte er einen Medizinball verschluckt. Ansonsten ist er komplett normalgewichtig. Ich vermute dass er Emotionen eingefroren hat in seinem Solarplexus. Er hat eine Kombination aus Kapha und Pitta Dosha. Er macht mindestens 3x die Wochefür max 1.5 Stunden Sport. Was könnte er noch ausprobieren ?
