Seeking Solutions for Gut Healing After H. Pylori Treatment - #45153

Having been detected with H. pylori through endoscopy a year ago, I have maintained all diet plans and taken the necessary medications that include a combination of antibiotics and an acid-reducing proton pump inhibitor (PPI) and also doing yoga and exercises. Still, after a year, I sometimes feel bloated if I attend an invitation or even after eating homemade meals. I also struggle to tolerate milk and a bit of spice, as it gives a burning sensation in my stomach and oesophagus. Can you please provide me with a solution so that my gut can heal properly?

AFTER 5 DAYS,STOP THE ABOVE MEDICINES AND START THE FOLLOWING FOR 1 MONTH- TREATMENT- 1. KAMDUDHA RAS MOTI YUKTA-1-0-1 BEFORE MEAL 2. AVIPATTIKAR CHURNA-1TSF WITH LUKEWARM WATER TWICE A DAY BEFORE MEAL 3. UDARKALP CHURNA -1TSP WITH LUKEWARM WATER AT BEDTIME Diet- Avoid peas, cauliflower , capsicum. Drink ajwain water throughout the day Take light and easily digestible meals. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol. Yoga- Mandookasana,kapalbhati , vajrasana Lifestyle modifications - Walk for 30 minutes after dinner. Take proper sleep at night.
