Mujhe gas jaisa problems hota hai. Mann akbaka jaata h.. Sarr me ajib lgta h ekdm jaise kuchh dimag me smjh hi nhi aa rha ho..lgta h ki gir jaaunga.. Balance ka problem chalne pr... Heart beat badhne jaisa mehsoos hone lgta h... Lgta h ki ab kuchh hone wala hai mujhe...Mai pura blood, ultrasound whole abdomen sb kara liya hu. Sab normal hai report. Kabhi kabhi chest me air trap ho jaata h to dard bana deta h waha.. Latring clear nhi hota h,kabhi kam hoga to kabhi jyada..ye problem 3-4 saal se ho rha h....help kren plzz🙏🙏🙏 Age-26 Years, Male

Apke symptoms ko dekhte hue, lagta hai ki apka Vata dosha prakupit hai. Vata dosha ke prakop ke karan gas, dar, urja ki kami aur dhyanakram mei kathinai jaise samasyaen utpann hoti hain. Pehela kadam apko apne apne dincharya aur khan-paan mein kuch parivartan lana hoga.

1. Dinacharya (Routine): - Samay par khana: Try to eat meals at fixed times everyday. Isse digestion stable rhega. - Anaavashyk Vaat ko rahe dur: Daily thoda yog aur pranayam (Nadi shodhan ya Bhramari) jarurr karein. Yeh stress aur anxiety ko kam karta hai.

2. Aahar (Diet): - Garam aur Wakratavyasa khana: Thanda aur rassi khano se bachien. Garam aur pakka hua khana jyadatar khaiye. - Bilkul Ghara Hona Avashayak Hai: Curd, acha ghi aur ajwain paani lein. Yeh agni ko sudhaar sakte hai. - Fiber wale items: Apni diet mein sabha bijhoni ya aloo dal sakte hain jo fiber rich ho.

3. Aayurvedic Upchar: - Triphala churna: Raat ko sohne se pehle adha chamach cheeni samet garam pani ke sath leiye. - Hingwastak churna: Har khane ke saath thoda se le lena gas ko thik rakhta hai. - Sheetali pranayam: Isko daily level be, isse instant shanti milti hai man ko aur dhyan saf karta hai.

4. Lifestyle Changes: - Nidra ko mahattav dein: Daily sahi neend zaroor lein, 6-8 ghante. - Screen time ka bachaav: Bahut jyada nahin lagna phone aur laptop par, isse stress badh sakta hai.

Agar symptoms lagatar worsen hote hain ya koi aur naya symptom aata hai, toh turant kisi specialist dr. se mulaqat karein. Swasth rahiye aur apne swasth ka khyaal rakhein!

Aapke symptoms Vata dosha ki vyakti ho sakte hain, jo aapke sharir mein aakarshit ho rahe hain. Yeh Vata dosha ke sarvadhik lakshan hota hai, jo gas aur balance sambandhi samasyaaon ko janam dete hain. Sabse pehle, apne dincharya mein thoda parivartan shuru kariye. Koshish karein ki aap rozana ek hi samay par khana khaayein aur sone jaayein, taaki sharir mein rujhavat aur samanta bani rahe.

Aap apne khane mein hing ko shaamil karein, jo pachan kriya ko sudharne mein madadgaar hote hain. Hing ko garm paani ke saath lene se aapki gas sambandhi samasya dur ho sakti hai. Yoga aur Pranayama jaise Anulom-Vilom aur Bhramari, aapke man aur sharir ko shaant kar sakte hain, aur aapki heartbeat bhi smabhavate aayegi.

Siddha-Ayurvedic vidhi mein pani ka sevan mahatvpoorna hain, to din bhar mein lagbhag 8-10 glass paani zaroor piyen. Isse sharir se toxins nikalne mein madad milegi aur labh milega apko.

Pet ko relax rakhne ke liye, lagbhag 1/2 chamach jeera aur saunf ko thoda farma rakh kar khaa lene se rok lagati hai. Gravy-based ya chatpate bhojan se door baniye, kyunki yeh pitta ke asantulan ko aaghat kar sakte hain.
