Il tuo quadro suggerisce uno squilibrio dei dosha, in particolare il Vata e il Pitta, che potrebbe essere alla base dei tuoi sintomi. L’indigestione e la flatulenza indicano un Agni (fuoco digestivo) debole. Prima di tutto, concentra sull’alimentazione. Evita cibi trasformati, fritti e molto speziati, che possono aggravare Pitta. Prediligi pasti leggeri e caldi come zuppe di verdure, riso basmati con ghee e verdure cotte.

Bevi acqua calda durante il giorno per favorire la digestione e ridurre il gonfiore. Un tè allo zenzero fresco può aiutare sia l’indigestione che il mal di testa. Per prepararlo, fai bollire fettine di zenzero fresco in acqua per 5-10 minuti e bevi questa infusione dopo i pasti.

L’automassaggio (Abhyanga) con olio di sesamo tiepido, prima della doccia al mattino o alla sera, può aiutare a riequilibrare Vata, riducendo la tensione e migliorando la circolazione del corpo. Sebbene emicrania con aura richieda una maggiore attenzione, puoi applicare una pasta fatta di sandalo ed acqua fredda sulla fronte per il sollievo temporaneo.

E’ importante anche gestire lo stress quotidiano. Praticare regolarmente yoga e meditazione può aiutarti a rilassare sia la mente che il corpo, riducendo i sintomi di affaticamento cronico e mal di testa. Scegli posizioni che stimolano la digestione come la posizione del bambino o torsioni semplici.

Cerca di stabilire una routine di sonno regolare e assicurati di andare a letto e svegliarti sempre alla stessa ora. Dormi in un ambiente scuro e tranquillo.
