I sintomi che stai descrivendo sono tipicamente associati a un disturbo del sistema digestivo, spesso un eccesso di Vata e squilibrio di Pitta, secondo l’Ayurveda. Pratica regolarmente il pranayama per bilanciare i dosha, in particolare Kapalbhati, che aiuta la digestione e il rilascio di gas. Asana come Pawanmuktasana possono alleviare tensioni addominali. Bere un decotto di semi di cumino, finocchio, e dell’acqua dove cuoci un po’ di asafetida può ridurre ulteriormente il gonfiore.

Evita il consumo di alcolici, caffè e bevande gassate. Mangia a orari regolari, senza saltare i pasti, e mastica lentamente il cibo.
