Minimizza lo stress praticando tecniche di respirazione profonda per diversi minuti ogni sera; il Pranayama, in particolare, può essere un effetto naturale per calmare la mente e ridurre l’aurora dell’emicrania.

Quando il sistema digestivo è lento e accompagnato da gonfiore, eruttazioni simili all’odore di uova marce e mal di testa con aura, potrebbe esserci uno squilibrio del dosha Vata e Kapha, insieme a un Agni (fuoco digestivo) depresso. Questo può portare ad un accumulo di Ama, le tossine indigerite.

Per cominciare, prova a regolare la tua dieta per stimolare Agni. Evita i cibi pesanti e oleosi, e gli alimenti che producono gas come i legumi. Preferisci pasti caldi, cotti e leggeri, tarati alle 3-4 porzioni giornaliere, senza troppi spuntini in mezzo. Usa spezie come lo zenzero, il cumino e il finocchio nei tuoi pasti, che aiutano a promuovere la digestione ed espellere il gas.

Il Piper longum è un rimedio efficace nella tradizione Siddha per migliorare la digestione; puoi prenderne 1/4 di cucchiaino, in polvere, una volta al giorno prima dei pasti miscelato con miele. La Triphala, una miscela di tre frutti, aiuta a eliminare l’Ama e rafforzare Agni. Si può assumere la sera, 1 cucchiaino con acqua calda.

Allo scopo di alleviare i mal di testa, puoi provare l’instillazione di olio di Brahmi nel naso, due gocce in ciascuna narice, una volta al giorno. Tieni presente che non sono sostituti di cure mediche urgenti se i sintomi peggiorano.

Il rilassamento attraverso tecniche di respirazione, come il Pranayama, equilibrerà Vata. Preferisci Sukhasana o Shavasana per almeno 10 minuti al giorno. Se i sintomi sono persistenti o peggiorano, contatta un medico per ulteriori approfondimenti.
