Aapke symptoms ko dekhte hue, aisa lagta hai ki aapka digestive agni (paachan aagni) ya toh mand hai ya imbalance hua hai. Ayurveda mein, aise lakshan aksar Vata aur Pitta dosha ke imbalance se jude hote hain. Indigestion aur diarrhea dono hi Paachak Agni ki dysfunction ke karan hote hain. Ye aapke body mein prakriti aur vikriti ke hisab se bhi nirdharit hota hai. Sankshipt mein, ager paachak agni sahi se kaam nahi karega, toh bhojan achese digest nahi hota, jo baad mein indigestion aur diarrhea jaisi problems ko janm deta hai.

Sabse pehle toh aapko apni lifestyle aur diet mein kuch sudhaar laana chahiye. Bohot zyada masaledar aur tel me talewale bhojan se bachne ki koshish kare. Aam ke daur mein bhi thande paani se duri banayein kyuki ye aam ko badha sakta hai. Sookhi adrak ki choti tukda din me 2 baar chusne se paachak aagni badhti hai aur aapka indigestion kam ho sakta hai.

Din me ek ya do baar jeera and dhaniya ka pani peena faydemand ho sakta hai. Ye dono cheeze digestive process ko support karne mein madadgaar hoti hain. Iske liye, 1 chammach jeera aur dhaniya ko ek cup paani mein ubalein aur isi pani ko chhankar piyein.

Aapke liye bohot zaruri hai ke aap meal timings ko bhi adjust karein. Thoda aur correct interval par bhojan karein aur raat ko late meal se bachne ki koshish kare. Kaa kare ek din fast rakhe aur aise din sirf moong dal ki khichdi aur dudh ka sevan kare.
