Aapne jo medicines li hain, wah liver function to enhance kar sakti hain, lekin hamesha root cause ko address nahi karti.

Dietary Recommendations: Apne diet ko slightly adjust karke shuru karein. Koshish karein ke aap garam, light aur pachtaak khana zyada se zyada lein jaise kitchari, dal aur simple sabziyan.
