Duration: > Ye problem lagbhag __2,3_ time se hai years). Stool Pattern: > Stool daily aata / hard aata hai / incomplete feel hota hai. Kabhi-kabhi 1–2 din skip ho jata hai. Gas / Bloating: > Gas zyada tar khane ke baad aur shaam ko hoti hai. Pet me pressure aur fullness feel hoti hai. Medicines Tried: > Maine 1 mahina Liv-52 liya, Agnimukh ka 60 gm dabba, aur Hingvashtak churna bhi liya, par zyada improvement nahi hua. Lifestyle / Workout: > Main subah workout karta hoon. Abs exercises try ki thi par digestion pe fayda nahi hua. Expectation from Doctor: > Main simple aur targeted Ayurvedic treatment chahta hoon.
