I have bloating issues. I have snoring issues at night on flat position. Weight 78kg height 166 cms. bo 140/85

You can keep your weight in BMI range - Sleep on one side. Slightly elevate head side and use thin pillow or no pillow. - keep a regular sleep time.
For meals also keep regular time. Hinguvashtaka choornam 1/2 tsp after every meal with warm water.
Slight walk for 10 minutes after every meal.
