Seeking Long-term Relief from Chronic Constipation and Gastritis - #47488

Hello! I had a gallblader removal in 2013 because of many little stones. In 2016 I have a pancreatic crises , and now found out that my helycobater is active again. Since 2013, I have cronic constipation, what can I do . I need something for long time use, with no cramp, and to help me with daily bowel movement. I have also cronic gastritys, and so far only aloe helped me if I take it daily. I've done a gastroendoscopy and colonoscopy, my motylity intestines are very slow. Also read about triphala, is it safe for my issue? Thank you and sorry for my english
