Before periods I couldnot eat anything but after having ginger lemon and pink salt himaliyan salt my appetite came back. As the periods started I had diarrhea lasted for about 6-7 days. shape of stool is ok now but its still not tight properly.

Age: 17
Chronic illnesses: not as such, have a kidney stone measures 5mm and small gartner's cyst. Swelling around right side of abdomen and right labia majora due to nerve injury the pain goes till leg and sometimes it is confined to abodmen only

Also, simple, easily digestible foods should be on your plate until everything’s back to normal. Think of foods like well-cooked rice and maybe a bit of moong dal - super gentle on the stomach.

A little roasted cumin powder sprinkled on your meals can assist as well. It’s warming and can soothe your tummy, encourage better digestion.
