Seeking Ayurvedic Solutions for Uterine Fibroids and Conception - #48712

My wife is 38 and we are trying to conceive. She is a diabetic with hba1c 7.2. Her gynae told her that she has multiple fibroids in her uterus which may prevent conception.She has been asked to undergo myomectomy. Is there any proven solution available in ayurveda to treat fibroids? What can she take?
