My scalp are wider, having hair fall and dandruff, in the middle area of my hair density is also very less. Less growth in hair volume

Hlo, - Internal Medicines (Oral): -Bhringraj Vati: 1tablets, twice daily with warm water or milk. Strengthens hair and reduces hair fall. -Amla Vati: 1 tablets at night after dinner with warm water. Nourishes hair and prevents thinning. - External Treatments: -Massage the scalp with Bhringraj + Coconut Oil 2–3 times a week. Leave for 1–2 hours before washing. For dandruff, apply Neem oil once a week. - Lifestyle & Diet: Eat fresh fruits, leafy greens, nuts, and seeds. Drink warm water, avoid fried, oily, and very spicy foods. Gently massage your scalp daily. - Duration: Continue for 3–6 months for visible improvement in hair fall, volume, and scalp health Tq

Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Massage on scalp with bhringraj oil twice a week. Tab.Bhringraj 2-0-2 Amalki rasayan 5gms twice a day. Follow up after 4weeks.

Hello I totally get how upsetting it is when you notice your hair thinning and your scalp becoming more visible, especially if it’s been going on for a while. Hair loss, dandruff, and thinning hair can really mess with your confidence. The good news is that Ayurveda can help if we tackle the root cause. WHAT’S GOING ON: Hair loss: It’s been happening for over 6 months. Scalp: It’s got dandruff, the part is widening, and you can see your scalp. Hair: It’s thin, weak, and not growing well. Triggers: Nothing obvious. It sounds like your hair roots are getting weaker from the inside, not just from something on the surface of your scalp. HOW AYURVEDA SEES IT: In Ayurveda, this is called Khalitya (hair fall) with Darunaka (dandruff). Your symptoms point to: * Pitta out of balance: This can overheat your scalp, shrink hair follicles, and cause thinning. * Vata out of balance: This can lead to dryness, weak roots, and slow regrowth. * Kapha blockage: This can cause dandruff, a sticky scalp, and blocked follicles. When your digestion isn’t great, toxins can build up and reach your scalp, which can damage your hair roots. This can make your hair thin, increase hair fall, and prevent new hair from growing well. YOUR AYURVEDIC PLAN: INTERNAL MEDICINES 1 Bhringaraj Ghana Vati: 1 tablet, twice a day after eating (to make roots stronger, make hair grow) 2 Arogyavardhini Vati: 1 tablet, twice a day after eating (gets rid of toxins in the liver and improves blood and skin, reduces dandruff) 3. Triphala Churna: ½ teaspoon before bed time with warm water (cleans gut, removes toxins that hurt your hair) 4. Gandhak Rasayan: 1 tablet, twice a day after eating (great for dandruff, itchy scalp, acne, and hair fall) EXTERNAL SCALP CARE –Oil your scalp 3 times a week with Bhringaraj Taila + Coconut oil (mixed evenly) –Massage gently for 5–10 minutes –Wash it out the next morning with a mild herbal shampoo or reetha–amla powder. –Once a week: Put neem + amla powder paste on your scalp for 15 minutes before washing (for dandruff and fungal control) WHAT TO EAT & DO (DIET & LIFESTYLE): ❌ Avoid: –Fried and junk food –Too much tea or coffee –Staying up too late –Hair gels and harsh shampoos –Very spicy and oily foods ✅ Include: –Soaked almonds and walnuts –Amla or pomegranate –Green vegetables –Moong dal and ghee –Lots of water –Also: Go to sleep before 11 pm –Stress less (stress can cause hair fall) Hair regrowth takes time, but when you fix the root cause, the results can be lasting.
