I have been through recurrent miscarriges in 4 week 8 week and 19week and 21 week everytime bleeding starts what i should my all tests are clear

Hello I’m so sorry you’ve had repeat miscarriages, especially at different times like 4, 8, 19, and 21 weeks. That’s not just physically tough. It’s emotionally draining. When tests come back normal, but miscarriages keep happening, it can make you feel helpless and confused. Please know it’s not your fault. In Ayurveda, we have a solid idea about what’s going on. YOUR CONCERN – Miscarriages keep happening for 3+ years. – Losses happen early (4–8 weeks) and mid-pregnancy (19–21 weeks). – Bleeding starts suddenly. – Medical tests say everything is normal. – You felt stressed before a loss. Sounds like Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL) AYURVEDA’S TAKE In Ayurveda, we call this Putraghni Yonivyapad or Garbhasrava It happens when: – Apana Vata is weak or can’t hold the pregnancy. – Pitta is up causes bleeding. – Uterine tissues are weak – Hormones are up and down. Even if reports look good, things like hormone levels, your immune system, or blood flow can cause miscarriages. WHAT WE WANT TO DO – Make your uterus strong to hold a pregnancy. – Balance that Apana Vata & Pitta – Boost blood flow to the placenta. – Calm your immune system, so it doesn’t reject the pregnancy. – Calm down stress messing with your hormones. AYURVEDIC PLAN (3 Months Before Trying) INTERNAL MEDICATION 1 Phal Ghrita 1 teaspoon in warm milk at night (makes the uterus stronger for a baby to stick.) 2 Shatavari KALPA ½ teaspoon twice a day with milk ( it balances your hormones) 3. Ashwagandha Churna ½ teaspoon at night (stops stress.) 4 Lodhra Churna½ teaspoon twice daily (Makes your uterus wall strong.) 5. Praval Pishti 125 mg twice daily (Stops bleeding.)
