- Cleansing and moisturizing-Vicco is mainly turmeric-based; it has mild antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It’s not strong enough to treat moderate to severe acne, especially cystic or persistent acne. -External: 1)Apply Triphala or Neem paste on pimples once daily at night. 2)Apply Aloe Vera gel to soothe skin. 3)Use Turmeric + Honey 2–3 times/week. Internal: 1)Triphala: 1 tsp at night with warm water. 2)Neem powder/capsule: 1 tsp/capsule twice daily after meals. 3)Guduchi: 1 tsp in the morning. -Diet & Lifestyle: Avoid oily, fried, and spicy foods. Eat fresh fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Drink plenty of water, sleep 7–8 hours. Wear loose cotton clothes; keep face and pillow clean. Practice light exercise or pranayama to reduce stress. -Follow-up: Check progress in 2–3 weeks; and follow up.
