Start with Tablet Liv-52 1-0-1 after food with water Kamdudharas moti yukta 1-0-1 after food with water Triphala tablet 2-0-2 after food with water Take hingvastak churan 1tsp mix with 1glass of buttermilk and have after lunch daily. Do not sleep immediately after heavy meal. After meals walk for 10-15 mins. Have small portion of food in small intervals , rather than a big meal. Soak overnight coriander seeds fennel seeds jeera seeds morning strain and drink empty stomach before breakfast. Soak overnight raisins black currant dry fig in a cup of warm water, morning make smoothie and drink. Fresh lime water without sugar, a pinch of black salt can be taken.
