I am sarwati .My is age 72 year . I have gas problem with acidity and abdomen pain.I have body pain also.I have go for fresh 5 -6 times.kuch time phale mere pit ke thali ka operation hua tha jisme pittash hata diya gaya tha.mere ko uske baad gas ki problem bhut rehta hai. Yeah problem khtm ho sakta hai kya.plz tell me good medicine for permanent solution.

Me kuch medicines suggest krungi: 1.Shankh vati -1-1-1 din me teen baar khane k pehle choosne k liye. 2.laghusutshekhar rasa tab 2-0-2 khane k pehle din me do bar. 3.praval panchamrut vati 1-0-1 after meals. 4.kaam dudha ras tab 1-0-1 after meals twice a day. Aap roz subah nariyal pani peena h, Avoid - gassy products like daal except moong dal , dairy products , and leavy veggies for sometime. Add ghee to your meals. Hi, As per the details mentioned by you it’s Grahani Dushti (IBS) caused by Mandagni and Ama formation as food is not getting properly metabolised and absorbed, the intestine becomes sensitive and causes repeated bowel movements. This condition can be significantly improved with proper Ayurvedic treatment, diet correction, and lifestyle modification. Since gallbladder removal changes digestion permanently, the aim is to strengthen Agni and regulate digestion for long-term stability.
