I think I have an imbalance in pitta dosha because I’ve been having a lot of acidity, skin rashes, and this weird irritation in my mood. Are there any specific tablets for pitta that could help? I saw a couple of Ayurvedic tablets for pitta online, but I’m not sure which ones are safe to try. Should I be looking for a herbal one or something more specific to digestion? Also, do tablets for pitta work right away, or do they take time? I don’t want to depend on them forever but need relief from this burning feeling in my stomach and chest. Are tablets for pitta even necessary, or can I fix this with food alone? I’ve cut out spicy stuff already, but it’s not enough. Could you suggest which ones work best?
