HELLO, Snoring from acid reflux (GERD) happens when stomach acid irritates the throat, causing inflammation and airway narrowing during sleep. In Ayurveda, this relates mainly to aggravated pitta with vata involvement FENNEL SEEDS -cool and pacify pitta -reduce acidity and bloating -soothe throat irritation -improve digestion HOW TO USE FENNEL FOR ACID REFLUX SNORING 1) AFTER MEALS (best method) -chew 1 tsp fennel seeds slowly after lunch and dinner -do not swallow immediately- chew well to release oils -follow with 2-3 sips of warm water -> This reduces acid formation and prevents nighttime reflux 2) FENNEL WATER AT NIGHT FOR SNORING -soak 1 tsp fennel seeds in.1 cup warm water for 20 min -OR. Boil for 3-4 min and cool to warm -drink 30 min before bed -> Reduces throat irritation and nighttime acid reflux 3) FENNEL + MISHRI (for strong acidity) -Mix fennel powder + small pinch of rock sugar -take 1/2 tsp after meals LIFESTYLE TIPS TO REDUCE REFLUX -eat dinner by 8 pm -avoid spicy, fried, sour food at night -sleep on left side -elevate head slightly -avoid curd at night -practice sheetali pranayam before bed DO FOLLW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU

Also can use shatpushpa powder after meals about 1 tsp. With warm water.if fennel seeds are not easily available. Do Nasya with cow’s ghee 2 drops in both nostril once daily.
