Hello Chronic constipation + acid reflux is very common nowadays And they are usually connected When stool is not passing properly - Pressure builds up - Acid moves upwards -Gas increases - burning increases So treating only acidity will not cure the root cause We must first correct bowel movement gently ** TREATMENT PLAN** NIGHT REGIMEN 1.Triphala churna 1 tsp with warm water at bed time It softens stool And cleans colon gently MORNING ROUTINE Drink 1 glass of warm water after waking Also add few drops of lemon FOR ACID REFLUX 1.Avipathikara churna 1/2 tsp with warm water before meals twice daily 2.Acidonil 1 tablet twice daily after food IF CONSTIPATION IS SEVERE ADD 1 tsp ghee in warm milk at night This lubricates intestine DIET CORRECTION ❌Avoid Late night eating Fried food Spicy food Very sour food Excess tea or coffee Redined flour ✅INCLUDE - Warm Cooked foods - Moong Dal - Steamed vegatables -oats - papaya Follow up after 30 days Wishing you a good health😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate
