Don’t worry much about it. Citrus fruits doodh ke saath lene se pedh dard hoti hi hei because the citric acid curdles the milk. Take some ginger and saunf tea. You will be okay Take 2 lasunadi vati 3 times a day for 3 days if stomach pain is persistent
