मैं भोजन करने के बाद छास पीया और, एक घंटे बाद टाटा वन (म जी) का fish oil लेने के बाद रात में हल्का पेट में दर्द हुआ, फिर बाद में ठीक हो गया पेट। बस यही पुछना हैं की कोई दिक्कत तो नहीं भविष्य में 🙏।

धन्यवाद आपको मछली का तेल लेने के बाद थोड़ा पेट में दर्द हुआ, लेकिन मोशन पास करने के बाद आराम लगा, यह पता चलता है कि अस्थायी पाचन गड़बड़ी थी और इसके भविष्य में कोई समस्या नहीं होगी संभावित करण -अस्थायी अपाचन -थोड़ा गैस बनना हो सकता है तेल लेने के बाद आपका प्रति दर्द मोशन पास करने के बाद काम हुआ मतलब ये गैस या फिर पाचन असंतुलन से हुआ है मछली के तेल के बारे में मछली के तेल में ओमेगा 3 फैटी एसिड होता है जो -हृदय स्वास्थ्य -मस्तिष्क कार्य -सूजन कम करने में मददगार होता है पर कुछ लोग नहीं ये थोड़ा हैवी हो सकता है जय जिसे -गैस -पेट में तकलीफ -ढीली गति -डकार आना उत्पन हो सकता है गरेलु उपाय अगर वापिस परशानी हुई तो गरम पानी पे ली 1/2 छोटी चम्मच सौंफ चबाये खाने के बाद एक छोटी चुटकी अजवाइन ले गरम पानी के साथ महत्वपूर्ण -डायरी उत्पाद लेने के बाद या फिर खाना भारी हुआ तो मछली का तेल ना ले ये विरुद्ध हो जाता हैब अगर मछली का तेल लेने के बाद अगर बार-बार ये हो तो मछली का तेल बंद करना ही अच्छा रहेगा आपकी आछे सेहत के लिए कामना करती हूं 😊 नमस्कार डॉ स्नेहल विधाते
