Hello You have consumed raw mango with milk and now you are having gastric issues like acidity and nausea ▪️Ayurvedic understanding In ayurveda combining milk and fruits is considered as incompatible or Virudha ahara This increases pitta dosha and produces toxins So only you are having symptoms like -Acidity -Heaviness -Nausea ◼️What you should do now? ▪️pitta calming -Have a cold milk -this helps to soothe the acidity -Gulkand 1 tsp -saunf 1 tsp ▪️Simple things to do that home -Drink water infused with coriander +cumin + saunf -have coconut water ▪️What to Avoid -Spicy food -Fried items -lemon, tomato or pickles -heavy to digest food ▪️What to Eat? -Have a light meal today -like khichadi -have light moong dal soup -Boiled cooked vegtables ▪️Ayurvedic medicines If your symptoms persits Start with 1.Avipathikara churna 1 tsp with warm water at bed time 2.Sootshekhar ras 1 tablet twice daily after food ▪️Precautions Do not combine milk with Fruits Sour items Fish Salt This combinations are incompatible So please avoid this Wishing you a good health😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

–Eating raw mango and then drinking milk together can sometimes irritate the stomach and increase Acidity (Acid Reflux), especially if the stomach is already sensitive. In Ayurveda, this combination is considered a viruddha ahara (incompatible food), which may cause indigestion, acidity, or gas. –Prepare milk like this: Ingredients 1 cup milk 1 pinch turmeric (Haldi) 4–5 Munakka (seedless if possible) 1–2 cardamom (Elaichi, slightly crushed) -Preparation Add all ingredients to milk. Boil for 3–5 minutes. Let it become lukewarm. Drink slowly. -Benefits Turmeric reduces stomach inflammation Munakka helps soothe acidity and constipation Cardamom reduces gas and improves digestion —Do not eat or drink: Spicy food Fried food Tea or coffee Citrus fruits Cold drinks — Sit Upright Do not lie down immediately. Sit or walk slowly for 15–20 minutes. —Simple Ayurvedic Relief You can chew: ½ tsp fennel seeds (saunf) or A small piece of jaggery These reduce acidity naturally.
