Stop this immediately 1) shatavari ghrita- 5 ml with lukewarm water 2) sankha vati- 1 tablet twice daily after meal 3) avipattikar churna–3 gm with water before sleep 4) kandudha rasa- 125 mg twice daily with honey or milk Shok coriander seed at night in one glass of water and drink it in the morning Switch to dal aur soup avoid heavy meals Hydration must be needed drink water whole day or small amount of coriander seed water whole day

I understand what you are going through and from your history it clearly feels that the drink you are taking is not suiting your body now you have been taking methi dhaniya ajwain saunf jeera together in roasted form from many days and this combination especially ajwain methi and jeera when roasted becomes quite heating and strong in nature slowly it starts irritating the stomach and intestines and disturbs both pitta and vata because of this irritation the pain is now settling more in the lower abdomen and becoming severe especially at night which is a sign that the gut is not comfortable anymore rather than helping it is now creating dryness heat and spasms inside so first thing I would suggest you to do is to completely stop this drink for now do not continue even in small amount let the gut settle down shift to simple warm water or only plain saunf water which is cooling and soothing keep your diet very light like soft rice moong dal khichdi avoid spicy fried sour foods for few days you can also take little gulkand or plain saunf after food to calm the heat if the pain is very severe or not reducing even after stopping then do not ignore and get a basic checkup done just to be safe because persistent lower abdominal pain should always be evaluated once but most likely this is due to excess heating and irritation from the drink once you stop it and follow a soothing routine the pain should gradually reduce over few days
