How to treat stomach bloating and belching that worsens when lying down? - #52902

I am having stomach troubles. Lots of belching and bloating. I sleep almost sitting up because I can't breathe correctly lying down. I took one month of Triphala, Chitrukardi, and Amla pitta. Still having problems.
