Your symptoms—difficulty swallowing, heartburn, sore throat, fatigue, numbness, and weight loss—are concerning, especially since your H. pylori infection was never treated. –We will start a 15-day course of medicine to help with your stomach and reflux symptoms. After that, we will do some blood tests and possibly an endoscopy to check for H. pylori and any deficiencies. This will guide the next steps in your treatment. – Diagnosis: Amlapitta (GERD/Acidity), Dhatukshaya (Fatigue/Nutritional depletion) —Prescription: 1) Avipattikar Churna – 3 g, twice daily after meals (for acidity/GERD) 2) Mahasudarshan Churna – 2 g, once daily after meals (digestion & immunity) 3) Drakshadi Kashayam – 30 ml, twice daily before meals (digestion & weight support) 4) Brahmi Ghee – 5 ml, once daily at night (fatigue, nerve support) 5) Biogest tab – 1 , twice daily (for gut health & digestion) 6) Resigest tab– 1 twice daily (to manage acidity & reflux) — Diet: Light, warm meals; avoid spicy/oily foods. –Follow-up: After 15 days, reassess and plan blood tests (CBC, B12, Iron) and H. pylori testing.

Hello, Your symptoms- dysphagia, difficulty swallowing, GERD,sore throat, regurgitation, fatigue, weight loss, tingling/ numbness- along with untreated Helicobacter Pylori infection for 1 year are clinically important Before Ayurveda You must consult a gastroenterologist soon (weight loss + dysphagia are red flags) .
