I am having gastric issues like acidrefulx burp nd moving something always in stomach my weight is loosing i feel lethargic sleepy all time i eat very low ndyesits difficulty to focus on anything low hemoglobin when i was one i getmeningitis also nd . Please suggest me how to cover up from this situation
