Your symptoms indicate a Pitta-Vata imbalance in the digestive system (Grahani). Increased Pitta is causing acidity and foul smell, while aggravated Vata is leading to bloating and irregular loose stools. Your digestion (Agni) is weak and unstable, leading to improper digestion (Ama formation). Treatment will focus on stabilizing Agni, reducing Pitta, and calming Vata through diet, lifestyle, and mild herbal support. –Diagnosis : Pitta-Vata Dushti with Grahani & Mandagni –Prescription (Aimil): 1) Amyron Syrup 2 tsp twice daily after meals 2) Kutajghan Vati 2 tablets twice daily after meals 3) Avipattikar Churna 3 gm at bedtime with lukewarm water 4) Neeri Tablet (if burning sensation prominent) 2 tablets twice daily — Diet Advice: Avoid spicy, fried, sour, and cold foods. Take warm, light diet (khichdi, buttermilk with jeera). – Lifestyle: Regular meals, avoid overeating, practice Vajrasana after food – Follow-up: After 15 days
