Pls tell any good medicine for pitta type loose motion ( not watery). On eating spicy problem worsens with bloating discomfort more loose motion.After having Dadimashtak motion is very loosely FORMED.

In Ayurveda, pitta-type loose motions (Pittaja Grahani or Atisara) are characterized by yellowish, foul-smelling, and semi-formed stools, often accompanied by a burning sensation and bloating. Spicy foods act as a direct trigger, further aggravating the liquid quality (Drava Guna) of Pitta. ​While Dadimashtak Churna is excellent for digestion, its heating ingredients can sometimes be too stimulating for an active Pitta imbalance, which is why your stool is loosely formed but not yet solid. ​To cool the digestive tract and bind the stool, the Take this : 1. ​Vilvadi Lehyam: Take 1 teaspoon (10g) twice daily after food. This is a primary jam-like formulation for Pitta-type diarrhea; it acts as a Grahi (absorbent) to improve stool consistency and relieve bloating. 2. ​Dadimashtak Churna (Modified usage): Continue this but take 3 grams mixed with 1/2 cup of fresh buttermilk (Takra) instead of water. Buttermilk is Deepana (digestive) yet cooling, which counteracts the heat from spicy food. 3. ​Vilwadi Gulika: Take 1 tablet twice daily after food with lukewarm water. This helps manage the internal heat and prevents the fermentation that causes bloating discomfort. ​Dietary regimen : ​Avoid spicy, salty, and sour foods entirely until the motions solidify. ​Incorporate Pomegranate juice or cooked Green Banana to help bind the stool naturally. Take home made Buttermilk with jeera and saindhav salt in it.
