🌿 kya ho raha hai (simple) pet me acid zyada ban raha hai lining me ghav (ulcer) ho gaya hai isliye burning / dard repeat hota hai 🪔 ab kya karein 🔹 1. dawa continue karein jo aap ppi (acid ki dawa) le rahe hain → continue karein 👉 bina doctor ke band na karein 🔹 2. turant diet sudharein (sabse important) ❌ bilkul avoid: fried food spicy food chai (empty stomach bilkul nahi) achaar namkeen, biscuit ✅ kya khayein: daliya / khichdi dudh (agar suit kare) kela nariyal pani sabzi soft bani hui 👉 khana garam aur halka hona chahiye 🌿 3. ayurvedic support mulethi powder (1/2 tsp, din me 2 baar, pani ke sath) shatavari churna → healing karta hai kamdudha ras → acidity kam karta hai 👉 ye sab pet ki lining ko heal karte hain 🕒 4. khane ka pattern thoda-thoda karke khayein (2–3 ghante me) pet bilkul khali na rakhein raat ko heavy food na lein ⚠️ kab serious lena hai agar: ulti me khoon aaye black stool aaye dard bahut zyada ho jaye 👉 turant doctor ko dikhayein 🌟 simple daily plan subah: halka garam pani breakfast: soft food din: light khana shaam: halka raat: dudh + halka khana 🧠 seedhi baat 👉 abhi aapka ulcer heal nahi hua hai, sirf daba hua hai 👉 isliye dawa band karte hi dard wapas aa jata hai ✔ 3–4 hafte diet + treatment sahi rakhenge → permanent relief milega
