Isse “Aama” (toxins) bante hain jo liver ki functioning ko block karte hain. Liv-52 can support liver function, but appetite improves only when digestion is corrected. Eat small, frequent meals instead of large meals. Avoid very heavy, oily, and junk food. Do not skip meals. Start your meals with a little warm food, not cold items. At home: Before meals, you can take a small piece of ginger with a pinch of salt. This helps improve appetite naturally. Liv-52 tablet – 1 tablet twice daily after food Chitrakadi vati – 1 tablet twice daily before food Ashwagandha tablet – 1 tablet at night These help improve appetite, digestion, and weight gradually.
