Hello, - Just follow my Ayurvedic introduction for better healt - Avoid harsh, raised noice which affects hearing loss - Do Anulom vilom, Bhramari pranayam in morning and evening half and hour - Do Anu tail nasya 2-2 drops in each nostril every morning - Local Abhyanga (oil massage outer side of ears) with Bala tail and Mild steat with hot palm or hot towel in outer side - Go to nearby Ayurved Hospital for therapy like Karnapooran with Bilwadi tail Nasya with Panchendriyavardhan tail Only after check up by consultant, it will lot of beneficial for you - Here, are some medicines for your condition 1) Sarivadi vati 2-0-2 After meal 2) Dashmool kwath 20 ml after meal
