Очень сухое горло. При ангине нет соплей. Кашля нет, но есть хронический тонзиллит или фарингит. Почти не проходит. Я регулярно занимаюсь йогой и физ-нагрузками, вегетарианка. Со сном и аппетитом нет проблем. Не курю. Стараюсь поддерживать чистоту. Ничем вредным не дышу, веду активную в меру жизнь. Смазываю слизистые носа оливковым маслом, чтобы было не так сухо. Горло полощу фурацилином.
