रोज सुबह 1 चम्मच घी गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें।
ब्राह्मी, शंखपुष्पी, अश्वगंधा मानसिक शांति व आत्मविश्वास बढ़ाने में सहायक होती हैं।
प्रतिदिन ओम् मंत्र, अनुलोम-विलोम और भ्रामरी प्राणायाम 10–15 मिनट करें।
धीरे-धीरे और आराम से बोलने की प्रैक्टिस करें।
मोबाइल व तनाव कम रखें, पर्याप्त नींद लें।
क्या ध्यान रखें
कठिन शब्द बोलने से पहले थोड़ा रुककर बोलें।
खुद को शर्मिंदा महसूस न करें, यह बहुत लोगों में तनाव के कारण होता है।
परिवार या दोस्तों के साथ रोज जोर से पढ़ने और बातचीत की प्रैक्टिस करें।
