Assalamu Alaikum, I have been having problems with my ears for a long time, such as a ringing sound in my ears and something blocking them. I can hear everything, but how do I know what is wrong with my ears and what can I do? What can I use to treat it? I am a mother.

Likely cause: Vata (ringing) + Kapha (blockage) Take Ksheerabala Taila: 2 drops in each ear at night Anu Taila (nasya): 2 drops each nostril morning Saraswatarishta: 15 ml + water, twice daily after food Ashwagandha Churna: 3 g with milk at night Yogaraj Guggulu: 1 tablet twice daily Diet Avoid cold, curd at night, wind exposure Note Do not use oil if discharge If severe tinnitus or hearing loss ent check needed
