मुझे गले में लगातार दर्द हो रहा है। ऐसा महसूस होता है जैसे गले में कोई गांठ या गोली अटकी हुई हो। इसकी वजह से सिर और कान दोनों में भी काफी दर्द रहता है। यह समस्या लगभग 6 महीने से चल रही है। मैंने सभी जरूरी चेकअप और दवाइयाँ भी ली हैं, लेकिन कोई खास फर्क नहीं पड़ा। गले के पास लाल निशान (खरोंच जैसे) दिखाई दे रहे हैं और वहां खुजली भी हो रही है

आपके लक्षण—6 महीने से लगातार गले में दर्द, “गांठ/कुछ अटका हुआ” महसूस होना (globus sensation), कान व सिर में दर्द, खुजली, लालपन, नाक बंद रहना, भूख कम और नींद खराब—यह सामान्य गले के इन्फेक्शन से आगे बढ़कर दीर्घकालिक गले की सूजन (Chronic pharyngitis / allergic post-nasal drip / reflux-related throat irritation) की तरफ इशारा करते हैं। आयुर्वेद के अनुसार यह स्थिति अक्सर वात + कफ दोष के साथ पित्त की हल्की वृद्धि से होती है: कफ → बलगम, जकड़न, “कुछ अटका हुआ” एहसास वात → दर्द, कान तक दर्द, सूखापन, खिंचाव पित्त → लालपन, जलन/खुजली आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टिकोण से उपचार 1. गले की शुद्धि (मुख्य उपचार) गरारे (Gandusha / Kavala) दिन में 2–3 बार: गुनगुना पानी + हल्दी + नमक या त्रिफला क्वाथ (हल्का गुनगुना) इससे सूजन, खुजली और बैक्टीरियल लोड कम होता है। 2. प्रमुख आयुर्वेदिक औषधियाँ (सामान्य सुरक्षित विकल्प) सितोपलादि चूर्ण 1/2–1 चम्मच दिन में 2 बार गले की सूजन, एलर्जी, खांसी, पोस्ट-नैसल ड्रिप में बहुत उपयोगी यष्टिमधु (मुलेठी) 1/2 चम्मच पाउडर गुनगुने पानी के साथ या चबाकर गले की जलन, दर्द और घाव भरने में मदद त्रिफला चूर्ण 1 चम्मच रात को गुनगुने पानी के साथ शरीर की सफाई, कफ संतुलन और पेट-गले के टॉक्सिन कम करता है 3. नाक और गले की सफाई (बहुत जरूरी) नस्य (Nasya therapy) 2–2 बूंद अनु तेल / तिल का हल्का गर्म तेल नाक में सुबह पोस्ट-नैसल ड्रिप और गले में अटके बलगम को कम करता है 4. भाप (Steam inhalation) दिन में 1–2 बार अजवाइन या तुलसी डालकर भाप लें नाक बंद + गले की सूजन में राहत 5. आहार नियम (बहुत महत्वपूर्ण) ये चीजें बंद करें: ठंडी चीजें (आइसक्रीम, ठंडा पानी) दही रात में तला-भुना, मसालेदार भोजन धूम्रपान/धूल ये लें: गुनगुना पानी मूंग दाल खिचड़ी हल्का सुपाच्य भोजन शहद (सुबह) 6. जीवनशैली सुझाव देर रात जागना बंद करें सिर ऊँचा रखकर सोएं (reflux कम होगा) ज्यादा बोलना/चिल्लाना कम करें धूल-धुआं से बचें
