Chronic sinus congestion in Ayurveda is often related to Kapha imbalance with weak digestion (Agni) causing mucus accumulation in the nasal passages and sinuses. Since you are suffering daily for 2 years with blockage mainly on one side, it needs proper cleansing and long-term balancing. Ayurvedic Management 1. Improve Kapha & Clear Sinuses Drink warm water throughout the day. Avoid: Cold drinks Ice cream Curd at night Excess dairy, fried and oily foods Sleeping during daytime Prefer: Warm soups Light homemade food Ginger, black pepper, turmeric, tulsi 2. Simple Home Remedies Steam inhalation with ajwain or eucalyptus oil once daily. Haldi milk at night (if mucus is not excessive). Morning empty stomach: 1 tsp honey + pinch of trikatu powder (if suitable). 3. Nasya Therapy (Very Helpful) Applying medicated oil in nostrils helps open blocked sinuses and reduce dryness/congestion. Useful oils: Anu Taila Shadbindu Taila 2 drops in each nostril in morning gives very good relief in chronic sinusitis. 4. Ayurvedic Medicines Sitopaladi Churna Talisadi Churna Tribhuvan Kirti Rasa Haridra Khanda 5. Boost Energy & Immunity Your tiredness suggests weak immunity and digestion. Ayurveda focuses on correcting the root cause, not only suppressing symptoms. Helpful practices: Regular sleep Gentle pranayama Avoid late nights Daily walking
