Sitopaladi Churna 1/2 चम्मच + शहद, दिन में 2 बार
Haridra Khanda 1 चम्मच, दिन में 2 बार
भाप लें (steam) 5 मिनट, दिन में 2 बार
ठंडी चीज़ें, दही, cold drinks बंद करें
गर सांस फूलना, बुखार, या पीला/हरा पानी आए तो तुरंत डॉक्टर को दिखाएँ।

लगभग 2–4 सप्ताह नियमित सेवन में अच्छा सुधार मिलता है
क्या साथ में दूसरी दवा जरूरी है?
अगर लक्षण मध्यम हैं (जैसे आपका केस) तो अक्सर:  Sapling tablet अकेले + सही दिनचर्या से सुधार हो सकता है

1. Sapling Tablet Kitne Din Mein Asar Karegi?------
Rahat Shuru Hona: Halke cases mein 5–7 din mein asar dikhne lagta hai.
Chronic Cases (6 Mahine Purana): Aapke jaise purane case mein 2 se 4 hafte tak ka samay lag sakta hai taaki nasal discharge puri tarah ruk sake aur headache mein aram mile.
2. Kya Dusri Dawai Lena Zaruri Hai?—
-Sitopaladi Churna: 1 chammach shahad (honey) ke saath din mein 2 baar lein.
-Haridra Khanda: 1 chammach din mein 2 baar (ye allergy ko jad se khatam karne mein madad karta hai).
-Steam Inhalation: Rozana 5-10 minute bhap lein.
3. Diet aur Lifestyle Sujhaav----
Ayurveda mein dawai ke saath-saath parhez bahut zaruri hai:
-Avoid: Thandi cheezein, dahi (curd), cold drinks aur ice cream bilkul band kar dein.
-Warmth: Hamesha gunguna pani piyein aur halka, garam khana khayein.
