From your symptoms, it appears to be a case of chronic nasal congestion with Kapha accumulation causing post-nasal drip (mucus flowing from nose to throat), which leads to wet cough with phlegm. In Ayurveda, this is commonly related to Pratishyaya / Dushta Kapha in Urdhvajatrugata region (nose-throat area). Since it has continued for 6–8 months daily, deeper correction of Kapha and sinus channels is needed—not just temporary allergy tablets. Sitopaladi Churna 1 tsp twice daily Mix with honey after meals Talisadi Churna 1 tsp twice daily With warm water after meals Haridra Khanda 1 tsp twice daily with lukewarm water Anu Taila Since already using: Continue 2 drops each nostril morning only After mild steam inhalation Do not overuse multiple times daily 🔹 Steam Inhalation Plain steam or ajwain steam 5 minutes morning & night Strictly Avoid for 1 Month: Cold water Ice cream Banana Curd (especially night) Fried foods Bakery items Excess sweets Sleeping in daytime Please start the above Ayurvedic treatment regularly and observe the response. Follow-up after 2–3 weeks is very important so we can assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments in medicines or dosage. Take care 🌿
