नमस्ते! आप कैसे हैं और आपकी उम्र क्या है? आपकी समस्याओं को देखकर लगता है कि यह ‘वात दोष’ के बहुत ज़्यादा बढ़ जाने (extreme Vata vitiation) की वजह से हो रहा है, खास तौर पर ‘समान वायु’ का असंतुलन। घबराइए नहीं, आपकी नींद की समस्या और बाकी सभी परेशानियां सही आयुर्वेदिक दवाओं से ठीक हो सकती हैं। जो दवाएं आपको बताई गई हैं, उन्हें सही तरीके से लें। क्वाथ (Kwatha) आपकी शरीर की सूजन, पाचन की दिक्कतों, कमजोरी, और बुखार को ठीक करने में मदद करेगा। जो ‘सृष्ट’ (Srishta) वाली दवा है, वह बहुत असरदार है और बार-बार फ्रेश होने जाने की इच्छा को कंट्रोल करेगी। टैबलेट भी वात को शांत करने में बहुत मदद करेगी। नाक में तेल डालने (नस्य) का तरीका: पहले दिन 2 बूंद, दूसरे दिन 4 बूंद, और तीसरे से सातवें दिन तक 6 बूंदें नाक में डालें। फिर आठवें दिन से 14वें दिन तक धीरे-धीरे कम करते हुए वापस 2 बूंद पर ले आएं। इसे करने से पहले अपना चेहरा धो लें और गर्म तौलिये से हल्की सिकाई या भाप लें, इससे फायदा ज़्यादा होगा। रात को सोते समय इसी तेल से पैरों के तलवों की अच्छे से मालिश करें और सिर के बीच वाले हिस्से (vertex) पर 2 बूंदें लगाएं। खान-पान और लाइफस्टाइल: अगर आप बहुत भारी एक्सरसाइज करते हैं, तो उसे अभी थोड़ा कम कर दें। हमेशा ताज़ा बना हुआ खाना खाएं, हो सके तो भाप में पका हुआ। तली-भुनी, बहुत ज़्यादा मिर्च-मसाले वाली, खमीर वाली (fermented) या बहुत नमक वाली चीज़ें खाने से बचें। कुछ ज़रूरी बातें: अगर आपको शुगर (Diabetes) की शिकायत है, तो दवा में थोड़ा बदलाव करना होगा, इसलिए मुझे बता दें। अगर आपने अभी तक खून की जांच (CBC, ESR, CRP, LFT, FBS) नहीं करवाई है, तो वो ज़रूर करवा लें। अगर मल में खून या मवाद जैसा कुछ आ रहा है, तो स्टूल टेस्ट भी कराएं। इन दवाओं से आपको आराम ज़रूर मिलेगा, लेकिन समस्या की जड़ तक पहुँचना ज़रूरी है ताकि यह पूरी तरह ठीक हो सके। आप ये दवाएं और जांचें 2 हफ़्ते तक फॉलो करें, उसके बाद हम फिर से बात करेंगे।
