What to do for ongoing throat tightness, chest heaviness, and digestive issues after treating gastritis and H. pylori? - #53974

I had gastritis, ulcers and H pylori in 2023, which was treated in 2 months. From then it started digestion issues like bloating, constipation and also skin acne and oily for almost one year,and also my throat became sensitive for cold and hot things and also was feeling dryness while speaking and sometimes spasm. Then after a tracking trip, it was very much pain in neck and stiffness got worse to ear also, then sudden one day chest heaviness started and anxiety and fear , then it cause my throat heavy , from then to today, throat scratchyness and tightness and pain and heaviness a lot happen but no burning sensation or heartburn, no sour burps. Digestion is also weak
